Salesforce calendar updates in Chatter

Hi,

is there any way by which we can get all the calendar related notifications of salesforce or outlook like meeting requests,event updates etc directly as our feeds in chatter such that even if my outlook is not working i can get its updates in chatter as feed or posts..

 

 

any help would be of great help.

You could a) create an email2apex class that accepts inbound email / meeting notifications and then b) add that email address to your calendar invites.

 

Is that what you mean?

actually i was trying to post my chatter status message as the notification of my outlook meetings..
