Find Nearby: in IE after "Map It!" - middle and right pane not displayed....

In Find Nearby: in IE after "Map It!" is selected, the middle (list of found nearby records) and right (driving directions) panes are not displayed....  I have meesed with just about every security setting without luck.  All the panes display properly in Firefox.  Any ideas?

The developer does state that the driving directions don't work with IE on the App Exchange. Last comment in the overview. The driving directions do work with Firefox and Chrome.

Will this be fixed? Our org uses IE and for this to not work correctly is a huge deterance from reps adopting Salesforce.

Is there any update by the developer on this? We also need to use IE because of ActiveX-CTI and cannot use Firefox for this.
