SalesforcemobileSDK-iOS vs zkSforce

Hi,

 

I am new to salesforce. I am developing an application for iOS. I have used zkSforce framework to communicate with salesforce and partially done my job. Now I have found SalesforcemobileSDK-iOS in the portal. 

1. Should I use this SDK?

2. Shall I continue with existing zkSforce framework?

3. What are the benefits of SDK?

The zkSforce is SOAP the mobile SDK is REST based. Furthermore with the SDK you have moe functionality > you can build native and hybrig applications ...! I would go with the SDK!
