VIKTOR Mass update contact address
Dowloaded and installed the AppExchange component Mass Update Contact Address. Everthing went smooth and I could place the custom link on the contact page. The problem is when I click on the link it gives the following error message.
| Insufficient privileges. |
| You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. |
I logged in as System Administrator.
Please help me.
Is it possible that you have hidden one or more of the standard fields on the account or contact ?
