Web-to-Lead fuction for Custom Object

Hello,

I am currently working on our new website, which will have a customer satisfaction questionnaire on it. I would like to have the results dumped into a custom object that has been created.

Does anyone know how to do so?

I was actually hoping to develop my own application or some sort of API to do this for me...

Any help on that matter would be great.
