Modify and Extend Milestone PM, and deploy (Thanks Reid)

Hello Reid,

can you please help me?

I'm extending your fantastic Milestone PM, adding:

1) Project Templates;

2) Quotes

3) etc.

But would like to understand how to:

1) Create a Package based on Milestone PM?

2) If i change some Milestone PM Custom Object how to include in my new Package?

3) If after a while i have to redeploy what to do?
