SOAP Endpoint

Is there a small guide somewhere on how to run the eclipse program somewhere?  I have it installed with the plug-in but don't know what to use as the SOAP Endpoint.  Do I use the AppExchange project?

I am new to Eclipse as well. After I installed it, I created a new project (file->new->project->appexchange)

I entered my salesforce user and password and left the SOAP Endpoint blank. Seems to work fine for me.
