PrintAnything Javascript Insert?

Is there any information available about inserting Javascript code into a PrintAnything print package? 
I have attempted to insert some basic javascript code but it doesn't seem to be working and I can't seem to call it from within my template. 
 
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Jon

Have you had any luck with this yet?  I'm currently experiencing the same problem.  I can get an alert to work but there is no way to get a specific field into the javascript.

Any idea? Anybody?
