Mass Update Anything - ran exe file but not working

Our IT department downloaded the exe file to a directory.  I ran the setup.  When I go to Start/Programs/salesforce.com/Mass Update Anything/ and click Mass Update, nothing happens.
 
Any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me. It just opens a folder with MassUpdate.jar which Windows won't open - doesn't recognise the file extension, an uninstall exe and datafile and a folder called lib.

Have you managed to get it to work yet?

What version of Java is installed?  What operating system?

Thanks Nick, I managed to make it work by downloading the most recent version of Java then re-downloaded Mass Update Anything.  Also had to set Proxy settings before I could log in.
