Embedding Reports inside of tabs

force.com comes with a marketing app whose tabs for Contacts and Campaigns have links to execute reports from inside the tab.  How did they do that?  I have looked inside of the Contacts and Campaigns object for clues and can't seem to find anything.

Thanks for the link.  Salesforce is pretty complete, but it sure is hard to find stuff!
 
I also posted two other issues... how to do "star joins" on custom objects and how to suppress the fields that are displayed on drop down menus.  Any ideas on how to do either of these?
