Does anyone know if there's a way to sync this with Outlook when using the Outlook Edition? I've tested this out and the information for this field doesn't appear to write into the record when I sync SFDC with what I've entered my Outlook.
Also... any ideas on how to make other scheduling options available (eg. billable day, non-billable day, prep time). I don't think I can customize this field, .. just wondering if there's a work around for similar scheduling needs.

This is useful but how can you tell if the user is out of office with work flow rules?
We need a boolean on the user record that uses the event out of office status to determine its value.
