email2case

Hi all!
We are experiencing some problems with mail2case software; Sometimes the software stops and doesn't open the cases in salesforce We think the problem could be located in the header of the mail message; Can you pls take a look at the header we attach and let us know your opinion about it?

Hyper,
not sure but did you pull the down the toolkit within the last 10 days? If not then I would suggest in getting it again. a new version was release just recently.

Yes, we have the latest release.

Have you called up support? I've called them on some other issue with the Email2Case and they've been helpful.
