Touch iOS app. Modify welcome/loading messages

As an ISV partner that wants to use the Touch iOS app. Can we modify the branding of the welcome messages just like we can for other login pages and the loading welcome messages using trial force templates, or something else??

In most scenarios we can modify welcome/loading messages. If you give more explaination of your problem then you may get exact answer.

If you download the salesforce touch app in the iOS app store.

When you log into the salesforce touch app you get welcome messages while the app is loading.

 

My question was can we modify those or turn those off
