Not able to logon Apex Data loader 9.0

here am new to SFDC.
installed Apex data loader 9.0 on my system.
 
when am logon error is coming..
error is " failed to send request to https://salesforce.com/services/soap/u/9.0 ".
 
if anyone come across this let me know, how caa i resolve this issue.

Think problem is in internet connection.

In the DataLoader go to settings and set proxy port ,host detail.

Think this will solve your problem.

this problem is related to my companies proxy server.
they allowed this service in diff proxy server, and am using new one for this.
