Apex Data Loader 15 can't connect
I'm running Windows XP SP3, and just installed Apex Data Loader 15. However, I can't connect either with an Enterprise Edition account or a Developer Edition account. I've confirmed that my password is correct in both cases. The error message isn't particularly helpful, and simply asserts that I should check my username and password.
Has anyone else had similar issues? Thanks in advance for any help.

Try using the Security Token along with your password, the doc explains more.
