Standard case field missing from the "Select Fields to Include" list

I'm trying to mass update case records and the standard field "Visible in Self-Service Portal", but it does not appear in any of the case categories (tables). Even though the field is active in the page layout, and all other fields seems to be available. The server url I'm using is https://www.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/7.0. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm almost certain that this field was included earlier, when I first installed the connector and did some testing, but now the field cannot be found and I have no clue why.
