Access Quotas via the Excel Connector?

Greetings--

With the Winter 07 release of Salesforce, I was excited about the promised ability to access quota information via the API.  I'm wondering if the Excel Connector will be allowing us to take advantage of that new capability any time soon, or if it already does?  I've got to enter monthly quotas for our our reps soon, and it's a pretty tedious task to do manually!

If not via the Excel Connector, anyone have other suggestions?

Thanks!

Check out forceamp, this does work with the new API version 8.0 today.
the excel conenector depends on the Office Toolkit which at API 7.0 currently.

Nice.  QueryAmp is a pretty slick tool.  I have since learned, too, that quotas can be accessed through the Excel Connector, at least using the URL:
https://www.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/7.0.

Our org uses Customizable Forecasting.  In that case, quota information is related to the Forecast.  You can access and adjust quotas either through the "RevenueForecast" table or the "QuantityForecast" table.  No more manual quota entry!
