Help - I cannot reinstall

I have had troubles inthe past reinstalling the connector but managed to get through them (including a complete removal of excel)
 
Now I moved to 2007 and then back to 2003 and cannot get the tool bar to appear.  I have tried EVERYTHING to get it working.  I use it daily and it is crucial to my work.
 
I can get it to appear in the list of add-ins but I cannot get the tool bar to appear.

Did you check the connector addin back from the Add-Ins tool bar? You need to rightclick the toolbar, select "customize...", find the "Excel Add Ins" near the botton, hit "Go" and check the connector addin.  Hope this helps.
