Connecting to SandBox with Excel Connector

Hi guys,

Pretty new to Excel Connector, have been playing with it for a few days now. I can login just fine when access my regular account but i cannot seem to connect to my sandbox. Is there a special way to access this? Sorry if this question has been addressed earlier, I could not find a solution.

Appreciate any help.

To be able to connect to your sandbox, all you need to do is go to Options/Advanced tab and change the Server URL

from:  login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/11.0 (where 11.0 is whatever version of the API you are using)

to:      test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/11.0

I too am wanting to connect the excel connector to my Sandbox but when I click on options and advanced tab the url box is greyed out and I cannot put the sandbox url in there. How can I put the url in here or connect it another way?
