Problem with Excel Connector Menu - Only Menu Option is "Multiple Queries"

I am having a problem with my Excel connector.  All of the sudden, my only menu option available to me is "Multiple Queries", yet I cannot even navigate from that to the sub-menu.  I need to get the connector back in single query mode.  Any ideas?  I have tried everything, moving the shortcut around on the windows bar, etc.

This has occured in our org a few times before. To fix it you can just go to File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage Add-Ins > Re-Check "SForce Connector"

I'm not sure exactly why it happens, but if I had to speculate I would say it is possible that Excel crashed and auto-disabled all Add-Ins upon relaunch -- causing this issue.
