Support for API 17.0

When I login with the excel connector to the Winter 10 release, using API 17.0 with the login URL of https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/17.0, the object table is not populating.  Can anyone explain why?

The Office toolkit has not been updated to support v17 yet, and the excel connector uses the office toolkit.

I can't explain why, but I'm having the same issue.

Hi, I also got that error.

 

Has any of you get the solution? And this is confirmed, the problem is with API 17. I tried with 16 and worked fine.
