Seems like the most simple thing in the world.
Create a report that groups Activities by their Type - whether it's Call, Meeting, or Task.
Can't be done - Activity Type only lives on Event. If you try to group by Activity Type on a "Tasks and Events" report type, you'll get blanks on Calls and Tasks.
Love to hear how others have worked around this. Right now I can only imagine some sort of automation that runs on both the Task and Event object and populates a common field on the Activity object for holistic reporting.

I ran into this issue as well as another.
While you can access the Task/Event Type field in a standard Tasks & Events report, the Task and Event picklist ValueSet are treated like 2 different values, even if they are the exact same value. So if on the Task you have a Type called "Call" for when someone Logs a Call, and on the Event you have a Type called "Call" for things like a scheduled Call, or a Conference Call, you end up with this
and I have a saying "If someone needs a piece of paper and a pencil, or a calculator to figure out what a Report means, you've built a shitty Report, and I don't wanna be known as the Builder of Shitty Reports"
I can not Create a Playground, nor can I click "Verify Step". I've read how the playgrounds can expire, but the playground I created when I started the trail seems to still be active. Not sure what I am missing?

It have been 2 days and my last status run for External Reservations and External Guest are still Pending. Contact Home just changed start today (48 hours later). How can I expedite this process to finish my Trail? I have already tried the 'Refresh Now' option several times with no luck.

Hello...I'm going through the Trailhead for Reports/Dashboards

I double-checked my filters and made sure my Public folders was available to all internal users but I keep getting this error message : We can't find the most recently modified report named 'Cases by Status' in the Public Reports folder
Any troubleshooting suggestions. I'm getting a similar error for the second module when creating "Lead Source Report"

Hello fellow trailblazers! I am going to take my Salesforce Admin Exam this Thursday. I finished my FoF study guide as well as the practice exams, scoring mostly 80s and 90s and a few 70s. I also took the Salesforce Ben mock admin exam and I got a 75% on that. I have worked through the admin preparation trailmix that was put together by salesforce. With the results from the Salesforce Ben mock exam, I am going to drill down into the areas where I scored the weakest. This preparation I believe should be sufficient to get me a passing score on my actual exam. Are there any steps that I should take that anyone recommends being 3 days away from the exam aside from what I have already done? Thanks in advance!
I’ve completed all the requirements for the User Experience Optimization Superbadge - Challenge 1 (Fan Engagement), but the challenge check still fails. All required fields and layouts match exactly with the instructions and ERD.
