I would like to know if it is possible to change de default name of the agent displayed in the chat on Live Agent chat window?
By default, it is the first name + the first lettre of the last name. But can it be mofified ?
Same requirement here, @jonaniano, best suggestion to the business at the moment is to rename all of our SFDC user accounts that we want to be anonymous to have the same generic first name / last name

Hi All, as you have pointed out, there's no simple way to do this today. Your workarounds are good for now.
I think this is an important feature. If somebody has time, can you please post this request to the IdeaExchange? If so, I will comment there about roadmap and we can also try to build some community support!
