pluviosilla.ax1797 Can Taskit replace Communities or Customer Portal for simple interaction with external users?
Does anyone know if TaskIt requires any of the following licenses for external users?
- Customer Community licence
- Partner Community licence
- Customer Portal licence
- Partner Portal license
If it requires any of these licenses then it is useless to us.
I sent mail to CloudConcept / TaskIt last weekend, but apparently, the developer who created TaskIt does not answer mail all that frequently.
TaskIt is an app listed in the AppExchange.

As the description of the app itself states that we are not required to have any license for the contacts for using this app, i understand that no license is required.
Also would suggest that as this is a free app you can test it in a test org before implementing it in your production org.
