For each object that can have custom fields, you can set up to three custom text, number, or email fields as Unique IDs. An Unique ID field contains record identifiers from a system outside of Salesforce.

Not quite sure what you meant by unique Ids. Following link should answer:

Black Tab Setting - You can get this bumped up to 5 per object with a support ticket and appropriate licenses (Enterprise or greater).

The requirement is if the client wants more than 3 unique ids in an object ?how do u achieve it?
