There are a couple of apps in the AppExchange...Unfortunately the FREE one created by SF Labs called FindNearby no longer works as Google has changed to APIv3 from v2 which FindNearby used.

Under the Geolocation filter in the AE there are some paid apps.

The other option is to write very complicated code which take a long time....you choose the worse of the two evils...MONEY or PILES OF CODING....
