How to Control Email to be not sent to a Particular User?

Hi All,

Is there any way by which I can restrict Emails sent by Salesforce(due to a workflow being fired, or from an approval process or custom logic,etc) to be not sent to a Particular User in Salesforce. How can I restrict emails to that Particular User.

Your help is much appreciated!!!

I would not suggest you to change the email address of the user so he doesn't recieve any emails. Instead, as you mentioned that he doesn't wish to recieve any emails from workflows/approval processes and all these features are customizable and admins get to choose who gets notified - if this particular user doesn't wish to get notified - I'd say the admin should not include him/er in any of the notifcations as the recipients.

Hi,

There re about 500 such workflows, so manually changing them would be no error-free. Hence wanted a one time way of setting this up.
