Delete Permissions to users on Reports?

Hi,

I am a system admin. How can I give delete access in reports to our user? The report was created by the user and is in user's "Personal reports" folder.

If a report is in a user's personal folder, no one except the user has permissions over that report.
The workaround would be the 'Login As' function to be used by Admin to login as the user and then make any changes. However this may or may not be the solution for your requirements.

Hi Nehaa,

 if you want to give permission to delete a report  in user  org as a sys admin goto user profile after that goto administrative permissions check the Create and Customize  Report Checkbox
