Need some more information on this post,
Does this mean you are able to run the code with the Namespace Prefix?
Are you getting any error? Did you try looking at the debug logs?
Could not find anything similar but looks like an Old bug which was fixed then : https://developer.salesforce.com/forums?id=906F00000008xflIAA
