Storage Limit Doubt

I believe that the Storage limits for Developer Sandbox is 10 MB

Data Storage  :  10MB
File Storage    :  10MB

Can we increase this limit  (by paying or by any other means)  beacuse we are not able to test as 10MB seems a very limited memory provided.

Please help

Developer sandboxes have a 200 MB storage limit.

But my developer sandbox, even now is showing 10MB. How can I increase the memory?

you can verify storage limits, from Setup, click Data Management | Storage Usage in your sandbox.

Salesforce has increased the storage limits for Developer and Developer Pro sandboxes, Developer sandboxes increased from 10 MB to a 200 MB storage limit. • Developer Pro sandboxes increased from a 500 MB to a 1 GB storage limit. 

I am just guessing if you need to apply any critical updates to reflect new storage limits
