Continuing the previous answer, there are a few ways to transfer data from one CRM or CSV/Excel to Salesforce (https://www.data2crm.com/migration/crm/salesforce-migration-service):
1. Use Trujay (https://trujay.com/), a 3rd party migration service. This is the best and easiest way to automatically move your business information from CRM/CSV/Excel to Salesforce.  Learn more information by connecting with Trujay experts (https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/yuliia2). 
2. Use Salesforce data loader.
3. Do it manually. This means you will have to copy and paste every record on your own or hire a person who will do it. Although it’s an option, it’s one that’s a burden. It’s extremely time-consuming and takes away from working on your business.
