could any body explain about the solution process pick list field value Draft,Revieled,Duplicate?

Are you talking about the Solution object in Salesforce?
These values seem to be referring to the status of the Solution record.I would encourage you to create a dev org and test these values so you have a better understanding of the status field.You can also make use of the H&T documents avaialble online - http://help.salesforce.com
