How to put picklist otions in variables which is selected

How to compare variable and selected option in picklist. Please help me...!

Can you specify what exactly you need? Which variables you want to compare with Picklist so that we can help you out.
if am correct you want to compare one of your fields in your object with Picklist  values take an example were country Picklist is compared with state Picklist depending on countries you will select states for this you can use field Dependency
