EchoSign Issue

Hi All,

Having issues with the Echosign in the local sandbox. The Documetns sent by EchoSign are not showing Up in the Local sandbox but those are there in the production. Any one can help us regarding this?

Sounds like your EchoSign credentials in use are production credentials. I would reach out to your EchoSign PS rep to get the correct information for the sandbox. This would be configured under the EchoSign admin tab.
