My Domain issue

I have a weird issue that started this week.
I opened a case with Salesforce and they are not helping me and pointing me to Dev Boards.

We do NOT have "My Domain" deployed (or want to) but users are being periodically redirected to relogin/use salesforce with the domain we registered a long time ago vs normal NA2.salesforce urls. We haven't tested or deployed the domain (or have any sites published with it).  I can't delete the domain - option is grayed out.

It seems to happen when users close salesforce windows in a browser, and try to login again, or click thru to salesforce from an link sent thru email.

Again - seems to have started on Friday (release of Spring 14).

Hi,

There is a known issue: https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p30000000T3tAAAS

This is related to the new spring '14 feature: http://docs.releasenotes.salesforce.com/en-us/api/release-notes/rn_forcecom_security_user_login_hint.htm

Hi,

Can you check if users are facing the same problem when they login from https://na2.salesforce.com ?

Hi,

I got a similar case when clearing of cache from the browser helped users resolve this issue - could you please have one user test this and share the result with us.

Hi Thank you both -

This is happening when people are already logged in via https://na2.salesforce.com - but for instance they click a link to a salesforce page (within an email) - it reprompts them to login (even tho they were already logged in in browser) - and then it makes them choose their username, and then once logged it, all they pages have the mydomain urls instead (i.e. [mydomain.my.salesforce.com/xxxx] vs na2.salesforce.com)  everytime they click a link or open another window it makes them relogin, same process.

We tried clearing cache.  Seem to help first time accessing sfdc, but subsequent visits, same thing is happening.

Also - any way to just Delete the domain? We dont have any published sites, they were never tested/deployed.   I can't hit delete on the screenUser-added image
