Migrating Chatter Feed to a customer portal

Hi All,

Can you please tell me, Can we migrating  chatter feed from SFDC to Community . Because Community User can't use SFDC groups so i want my feed move to community.

If this is possible then please let me know how...

The Chatter feed you are trying to migrate would be specific to certain records/files..right? how do you wish to show it on the community? The communitiy users will not have to access to all the records in your ORG AFAIK
