Query regarding Regarding roles

Like i am trying to create recruiting app.in that i need create my own hierarchy .but in dveloper edition there is sammple hierarchy.I dont want to use that.I need to create my own.whether there is any way?

You can create your own Hierarchy by deleting the levels and adding your OWN specific to your ORG:
