Can you make it so that the Lead Attempt count is reset to 0 if the Lead is moved from Lead Status = Nurture to Lead Status = Open. If new tasks are created after status is changed to Open only the net new tasks should be counted. DoesThey also have a new requirement. Can you make it so that the Lead Attempt count is reset to 0 if the Lead is moved from Lead Status = Nurture to Lead Status = Open. You can accomplish this through trigger. To do this, you need to capture and store the date when the lead status is changed from Nurture to Open and based on this date you can count the tasks created later to this date.
