During any apex class errors I need to send do not reply email to all the users in the organization at a time. Is there any standard option available without apex coding.
Can you please anyone help me on this issue.

What kind are these apex clas errors? are these DML updates that are causing errors ? There is a way to send an email to users in ORG through the APEX calss itself using {try catch finally } so that you can send an email to users if there is an exception or error created from the apex class.

Hoping I am able to understand the use case correctly..
