You can simply create VF page, add site to your .org and add page to site.

 i need to create page in communities, using  site.com and force.com.
as of my knowledge site.com in drag and drope functionality.but my selef i did't understand how to create proper page using that dag and drope functionality.
i am getting littlebit confuse.
