How to write a trigger on chatter post that alerts Users a comment has been made.

Hi,
   If it is out of box means which is not possible with workflows we will go for triggers but in ur senario it is possible to go through the workflow by just giving the criteria and if it is met just sent mails to the the users u want to sent.
