Salesforce1 app for android SSO sign in

Hi all,

I'm having this issue with my users not being able to sign in to android with SSO. Everytime I have to reset and set their user account to generic Salesforce.com site to have them login in. My users are using Android phone.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Okay so I found out the way to bring up the menu for SSO login is holding the little bar on the android phone, next to the home button, which apparantly call menu (I'm a new android user). There you should see an option to login with a new connection. In iPhone, it's the gear sign on top.

This article definitely helped:

Yes, We are facing the same issue. We have opened a case with SFDC with this, looks like they are aware of this issue. No resolution yet.

@Rahul_sg Were you able to get a response from SF Support about your issue? My company is trying to implement SSO in SF1  and all our testing w/ Android hasn't allowed us to get in.
