You can export data from other databases in csv format, create custom objects in salesforce for tables, and insert data using the Data Loader into these custom objects.

Hi,
If you want to migrate data from other database into salesforce, Export your datas from other database and save the file in the form of comma-separated values (CSV) , then insert into salesforce by using any of the Import tools like Dataloader, Import wizard, Jitterbit or Workbench.
