Can I Download the NPSP, customize it by adding/removing fields record types etc... repackage it and sell it on the app exchange?

Can I Use the NPSP as a starting point and then add my own object, picklist etc.. and package and sell it on the app exchange?
Is it posiible?
If yes, is it allowed?

If i cant sell it on the app exchange is it still posiible to package so i can install it on mutiple orgs?

Since NPSP is a Managed Package, you will not be able to package it or any of its components into a new package. Also, you may want to look into further details here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/useragreement
