You really need to give us some more information and context. The URL looks like a custom tab, but without knowing what you are actually trying to do its total guesswork.

Again, you haven't given us enough information - is it a web tab, a visualforce tab, a custom object tab? If its visualforce you'll need to post some of the markup and maybe some information about its purpose and wether there is custom JavaScript. At the moments its like you are saying "my car doesn't go - please tell me which part to replace".
