How to create sandbox

How to create sandbox in developer edition .i did'nt found sandbox in setup->data management  can any one help me .....

Essentially, a DE org is a type of sandbox.  Sandboxes are not available for Developer Edition organizations.  They are only available for Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Database.com editions per this documentation here: https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=data_sandbox_manage.htm&language=en

Right, sandboxes are not available in developer edition as of now. Please review the below article for more information on how to refresh the sandbox and which orgs support sandboxes
