how can i assign permission set...

Hi,

 My requirement is i have two user have same profile and same role, i need give permit for read and write like that to particular tab like account for one user  only,
other user not able to access anything.. how can i do this.. please can any one help me...

Profiles and permission sets take precedence over the role hierarchy in permissions. If you simple make a permission set that has access to the tab only, and one that has access to the tab, you'll have it.

create a permission set with object access per your requirement.. then go to user and scroll down... you will see  "Permission set Assignment" option...Click Edit permission set..and add permission set you created for this user..

you can also use the "View assignment" button once you create the permission set to assign it to multiple user at a time.
