Can't login to sandboxes from Eclipse after refresh

I can no longer login to two sandboxes (Full-copy/developer) after refreshing them from a production environment. I can login to each site through a browser without any issue. I can also login through the AJAX Toolkit Shell without any issues. the I tried resetting my password in one of them and still no luck. No combination of password/security token works either. The same is true for the Data Loader.

One other note: I don't see any failed login attempts in my user profile when I login to the the site. It's like I'm not even reaching the server when trying to login through Eclipse/Data Loader.

Check to make sure that you set the correct org type.  Have you tried to reset a security token?

Well that was interesting. Both logins are working now. It must have been something with the refresh or maybe the account was locked (although why would i have been able to login from a browser?)

How long did this take to resolve itself.  I am having the exact same behavior.  :-(
