I assume you are talking about the schema builder here - this is a visual tool to allow you to create your object model, or schema. It allows you to add/remove objects, fields and relationships between objects etc via a drag and drop interface rather than throught he setup screens in Salesforce.
But i am not talking about schema builder.After i read about force.com builder on the site mentioned below i concluded with the following: Force.com builder is termed for the whole process of creating an object and its fields to create or modify an organizations structure
Now i want to know: When the developers use customizations using the datamodel created ,then wud this be considered under force.com builder activity?
I think you ans is in your question as force.com builder is mean you are creating object and field related activity and so if you doing any activitiy related to this then it would be consider as under force.ocm builder activity.
