Hello Ashlekh
u can use import wizard as well as data loader , but all depend upon the size of records u are downloading if less than 50 thousands then use importwizard more than 50000 use dataloader.

Without API add-on ($), You cannot use Dataloader in Professional.

Salesforce does not provide a complete tool for all dataloading in Professional Edition.

You can use Skyvia Salesforce Data Loader (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/salesforce-data-loader) - unlike the Apex, it is cloud-based and requires minimal configuration.

Skyvia supports OAuth, so you do not need to acquire a Salesforce security token or store your Salesforce credentials in Skyvia.

OAuth is supported for signing in to Skyvia itself, and you are not required even to register on Skyvia. Instead, you may sign in with your Salesforce or Google Drive account.
